What data we receive

Through the finishing-work or materials enquiry form, e-mail or phone we receive the details you choose to send: name, phone and/or e-mail, project location or delivery city, approximate area, desired effect, material level, product, shade and quantity (if known), preferred timing, your message and any photos or reference images. If you select an image on the site, we also record its description.

Why we use the data

To reply to your enquiry, discuss the choice and cost of finishing work or materials, and arrange work if appropriate. A materials enquiry does not confirm stock or place an order. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Who processes the data

Form enquiries are processed and stored by Netlify Forms; notifications go to our e-mail. Our e-mail is provided by Google (Gmail).

The website is hosted by Netlify, which may keep technical logs such as IP addresses for security.

How long we keep the data

If an enquiry does not lead to a contract, we keep the enquiry and related correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them from Netlify Forms and e-mail. If we enter into a contract, separate contractual and legal retention periods apply to the relevant data.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not use cookies or visitor statistics tools.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing or object to it. Write to dreamwavedecor@gmail.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
